The location was perfect, close enough to Hayward Bart, California and bay area, in a calm area. Also, we could visit Hayward Japanese Gardens, it was 15 minutes' drive away.

Really enjoyed our rooms with microwave and mini fridge. The room also had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. Location: the hotel was close enough to Hayward and San Francisco and Savannah, Georgia. The staff were amiable and accommodating day and night.

The staff was very helpful. The room at the back of the hotel was very quiet in relation to the street noise. The breakfast was rich. The rooms and the whole complex are newly renovated. Cleanliness could be better. Information regarding BART could have been better - more detailed. Location, plan, costs. Ask for BART Hayward. Parking garage costs US $ 3.00 (behind City Hall).

Very good and safe, because camera-monitored outside. Breakfast was small, but perfectly adequate.
In the bathroom the floor was a little soaked.

I loved how clean and nicely updated the rooms were. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was inviting and provided a decent selection to start my mornings right.

Room renovated and spacious. Breakfast beside the usual things also with ham and egg. With the BART you can get to San Francisco quickly.
Staff not particularly friendly. . Room dusty, hair on the floor. Our room was facing the street, therefore very loud, the rooms further back are certainly quieter.

The room has a sufficient size & the bed was very comfortable. A very late arrival was also no problem.
The breakfast was not very tasty - the coffee was watery and eaten from paper plates & with plastic cutlery.

great access to parks and local attractions for weekend explorations
I appreciated the close proximity to the hayward japanese gardens, just a short walk away, and the easy access to don castro regional recreation area with a peaceful outdoor escape . The room was tidy enough and had basic amenities for a comfortable weekend getaway, but the breakfast options were limited.

It's a family friendly place. I have 2 kids that are 1 and 3. So having a microwave and refrigerator are very important to me. It's a very comfortable place to stay.
The only complaint I have is that the Internet is slow. Even with a direct connection to the modem.

This hotel was just a proper fit for short visits in Hayward with excellent value for money. I had a very frustrating check-in experience as I waited over 15 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk. For those planning a stay, don't expect an easy check-in. Maybe call ahead.

We enjoyed our stay and hit up Golden Tee Golfland and Monarch Bay Golf Club, both a blast. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could be better, and it might get a bit noisy in the mornings. Still, we had a great time overall!
One thing to note was the cleanliness. The floors in the room could have used a better clean. It's a bit off-putting and made us question the overall hygiene.
